Please note: If you are seeking counselling services with us for the first time, we require a FREE 15 minute consultation prior to your first session so that we can go over a few details and ensure this is the right fit for you.

Fees
Session fees are due at the time of each counselling session. Our accepted payment method is e-transfer. Receipts will be issued after each session. If you are seeking to claim extended health benefits for services, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider to inquire whether counselling sessions provided by a "Certified Canadian Counsellor" (CCC) are eligible for coverage.
Cancellation Policy
Your scheduled session is a dedicated time we hold for you. If you are unable to attend your session, we request that you give us 24 hours notice. If notice is not received, unattended sessions will incur a fee of $70.
